Are the Original Manufacturers Data Reports (ASME Forms), including all Power Piping Forms, available for each boiler? A: Will we have to locate the documents. 2. Are the last annual inspection reports available? If applicable, have all deficiencies been repaired and boiler certificates for integrity and operation been issued?

A: Yes have the last annual inspection reports, yes the deficiencies been repaired. 3. It is proposed that two boilers will be available the first week for inspection. If this changes due to government delays, can the contractor submit a change order to the contract?

A: Yes, two boilers will be available the first week. 4. Since the plant will be live during internal inspections, is it known that all energy sources (feedwater, gas, air and especially steam) can provide double valve protection without leaking by the 2nd valve?

A: Yes. 5. For the non-return valve and 2nd stop valve, has the free blow drain (valve in between the NRV and 2nd Stop Valve) been verified to have zero leak by the 2nd valve? A: Yes. 5. Is it going to be the responsibility of the VA to Lock Out/Tag Out each boiler? A: The VA and the contractor. 6. Who will be responsible for providing a Confined Space Chit & Air Monitoring? With training, will the VA provide a whole watch?  A: The contractor is responsible for the Confined Space and has to gas free the boiler interior. 7. Are the Steam drum and the Mud drum included in the inspection (for all 3 boilers)?

A: Yes, this is an internal and external inspection including the steam & mud drum. 8. Can you provide the lates inspection reports and any Non-Destructive Data?

A: Yes.
