Audiology Equipment Calibration and Preventative Maintenance

Intent to sole source The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with E3 Diagnostics for services to Fayetteville VAMC. The Fayetteville VA Health Care Center at 7300 S Raeford Rd has a requirement for preventative Maintenance of Audiology Equipment. The contractor shall furnish labor, parts, supplies and equipment necessary to provide equipment preventive maintenance.

Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) soliciting from a single source. Equipment to be serviced and scope of services: Vendor is to provide full service to include all parts, labor, travel, and tools needed for the corrective and preventative maintenance on the equipment, application, and software items listed below.
