Special Notice Special Notice Page 2 of 2 Special Notice *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 2 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source award to Siemens Healthcare Diagnostic, Inc. for Siemens UniPOC Data Management System upgrade for additional testing locations for the Fayetteville VA Medical Center located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and sole source provider of the Siemens UniPOC Data Management System and all associated products and installation.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide Siemens UniPOC Data Management System and associated products may give written notice to Cherisse.Hall@va.gov by 10:00am EST on July 22, 2024. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include:

company name, address, point of contact, phone number, System for Award (SAMs) Unique Entity Id Number, manufacturer authorization letter, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller documentation. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
