Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to ScriptPro USA Inc. This order will be for DSS ScriptPro Outpatient Vista Interface equipment software in use at the at the Charles George VA Medical Center. The maintenance service provided by ScriptPro USA Inc is for POP 07/15/24 to 01/31/25. The Service Agreement is to include and not limited to:

Software upgrade for ScriptPro SP Centralized Expended Server Workflow management system Vista interface software subscription maintenance support M-F, 8-8 EST. Bug fixes, minor released upgrades, telephone support for a period of 1 year.

This proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all expressions of interest received within three (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government.

Interested contractors may identify their capability to provide the services prescribed within this notice and should provide sufficient data for the government to determine them as a comparable alternative to the intended source by sending capability statements in reference to this requirement no later than 12:00 PM EST, 12 July 2024 to:
