The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source award to University of North Carolina (UNC) for the Moral Injury Qualitative Research Study for the VISN 6 MIRECC located at 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC, 27705. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the academic affiliate of VA Integrative Mental Health and the UNC Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention is well-equipped to conduct qualitative research in support of H.R.

6411 506a and is within the UNC system, and it is imperative that these two arms be within the same overarching institution. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted.
