Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone requests will not be accepted. The Government will consider responses; however, a determination by the Government not to compete with the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. No telephone request will be accepted.
