The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source award to BrainsWay USA Inc., 95 Washington Street, Suite 104-323, Canton, MA 02021, for the BrainsWay 104 System with H1 Coil for the Durham VA Medical Center located at 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC 27705. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the sole provider of the required equipment. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide the BrainsWay 104 System with H1 Coil may give written notice to stephanie.mcelmore@va.gov by 8:00am EST on June 3, 2024. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include:
