Responses to this notice will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be incurred by interested parties in responding to this pre-solicitation notice. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about May 29, 2024, with a closing date for quotes on or about June 6, 2024. The solicitation will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov.
