Durham VA Health Care System (HCS) Community Mapping Program

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source award to University of NC at Chapel Hill Carolina Gillings School of Global Public Health for the Community Mapping Program for the Durham VA Health Care System (HCS) located at 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC, 27705. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the sole source provider of the Community Mapping program that will be following on the established Aligning Systems for Suicide Prevention Initiative Program.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide Durham VA: Community Mapping program may give written notice to Cherisse Hall Cherisse.Hall@va.gov by 8:00am EST on May 2, 2024. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include:
