The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 on behalf of Richmond VAMC is conducting Market Research through this source sought notice to help determine the availability of qualified Businesses, capable of providing Sterile Cabinets that meet the following:

Functions to be performed. Sterile storage for dental instruments and kits Mobile cabinet built with casters for easy transferring. Post sterilization storage that supports infection control Performance required. Must have 5 shelves.

Adjustable shelving for storage Cleanable surface Dimensions should be equivalent minimum of 27 w and minimum of 18 d. Must have storage space that can maintain minimum temperature of 66 F and a maximum temp of 72 F. Must have storage space that can maintain humidity at minimum 20 to a maximum 60% Relative Humidity. Must have storage space that can maintain sterile environment and provides infection control. Must maintain a minimum of 10 air changes per hour. Must have pressure monitoring system.

Cabinet Exterior dimensions maximum of 31 W, must have a height no greater than a standard commercial doorway. Essential physical characteristics; Dimensions (if applicable) Portable storage to move room to room if needed. Must have 5 shelves. Adjustable shelving for storage Cleanable surface Dimensions should be equivalent minimum of 27 w and minimum of 18 d. Lockable with keypad for security protected access.

Failure to submit an authorized distributor letter shall result in the product(s) potentially offered to be considered grey market and shall not be considered technically acceptable.
