Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 6 intends to award a sole source, FFP, Purchase Order to Covidien Sales dba Medtronic for the procurement/purchase of Bravo Monitor to be used at Charles George VAMC, 1100 Tunnel Drive Asheville NC 28805. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334510 with a small business size standard of 1250 employees.

Authorized product distributors of Bravo Monitor may provide a capability statement as instructed below. This proposed contract action is for the purchase of Bravo Monitor is an innovative solution that allows physicians to evaluate the frequency and duration of acid reflux to better understand patients symptoms.

Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A firm fixed price contract with no option years is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is the Government's intention to solicit with only this source. This is not a Request for Proposal; this is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source requirement.
