This is a Brand Name Only Requirement. Salient Characteristics Functions to be performed. Wireless portable Grid plate accessory for the Philips DD 2.x and 3.x EZD, EZDFR 4.x and 5.x.
Utilized for Diagnostic imaging of Veterans Will provide Axillary view of shoulder per radiologist and orthopedics Suitable for difficult projections or anatomy such as shoulder. Skull, c-spine views, and patella views of the knee Performance required. Must be able to do multiple positioning for lateral or oblique projections without having to move patient. Must provide optimal image quality while keeping radiation dose low, reducing radiation scatter, and improving image contrast.
Wireless transmission of image data to Philips DD 2.x and 3.x EZD, EZDFR 4.x and 5.x. Must have rechargeable batteries capable of powering unit for standard imaging examinations. Essential physical characteristics; Dimensions (if applicable) Must be compatible to fit current X-ray rooms Philips DD 2.x and 3.x EZD, EZDFR 4.x and 5.x.
Software that connects grid to Philips DD 2.x and 3.x EZD, EZDFR 4.x and 5.x. unit and other compatible units, to use the detector on current diagnostic x-ray rooms Must dust proof and able to be cleaned with liquid-based solutions. Must be light weight (maximum of three pounds) for everyday clinical use and reduce user fatigue. Must be 1 depth as to not interfere with critical equipment, cable, tubes, and catheters. Easily change out batteries without needing special tools to maintain proper workflow.

The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the lowest price acceptable for the government. Quotations shall be received no later than 1PM EST on March 27, 2024. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated.
