BARCO MONITORS

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source award to Change Healthcare (CHC) to acquire Barco Monitors for the Fayetteville VA Medical Center located at 2300 Ramsey Street Fayetteville, NC 28301. Purchasing Barco Monitors from another vendor would cause the Government to incur redundant costs as new video cards would need to be acquired so that a separate VLAN (virtual local area network), besides the one that CHC already has in place, can be established.

Fayetteville VAMC has already purchased, and presently successfully uses, Barco Monitors that are serviced through CHC s VLAN and is seeking to maintain continuity of service. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide Barco Monitors and associated products may give written notice to Charlsi.Brooker@va.gov by 20 March 2024 at 10:00 AM EDT.

Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. All interested and capable respondents to this notice shall include company name, address, point of contact, phone number, System for Award (SAMs) Unique Entity Id Number, manufacturer authorization letter, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller documentation.

Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
