VLOGIC Renewal Contract VA-24-00027002

Description INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE VLogic Systems Incorporated for the Salisbury Healthcare VA Medical (VAMC) intends to provide maintenance and support for the Vlogic Space Management Software to support the space management and CAI reporting system accordance with all terms and conditions, provisions and requirements listed herein and in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Office intends to award a sole source contract for the Salisbury VA Medical Center (VAMC) Engineering Service (138), 1601 Brenner Avenue Salisbury, NC 28144-2515. This proposed contract action is to procure a maintenance agreement for VLogic Systems Incorporated.

Base Year: 3/01/2024 to 2/28/2025 with options. Firm-fixed price contract to VLogic Systems Incorporated at 2352 Main Street Suite 207, Concord, MA 01742. Firm-fixed price Contract to VLogic Systems Corporation Classification Code:

R408, Support-Professional: Program Management/Support.

NAICS: 561990, All Other Support Services. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 Simplified acquisition procedures as implemented in FAR 13.106-3(b)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contracting officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem that only one source can provide the services required at the level of quality required because the services are unique or highly specialized.

A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based on market research and is solely within the discretion of the Government. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties that believes they can fulfill this requirement should submit supporting evidence to be reviewed. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements.

This evidence shall include a letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) stating vendor is an authorized distributor per clause 852.212-72(c). Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No cost to the government will arise as a result, of contractor submissions of responses to this announcement or the government use of such information.
