Thermogard HQ system

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source award to After Action Medical and Dental Supply, LLC., 4444 Decatur Blvd, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46241 for the Thermogard HQ system for the Durham VA Medical Center located at 508 Fulton Street, Durham , NC, 27705. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the sole Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business provider of the Thermogard HQ system.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide Thermogard HQ system and associated products and services may give written notice to Stephanie.McElmore@va.gov by 10:00am EST on February 9, 2024. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include:

company name, address, point of contact, phone number, System for Award (SAMs) Unique Entity Id Number (UEI), manufacturer authorization letter, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller documentation. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
