For item number lines below, Mail Out codes are utilized to capture various miscellaneous tests and do not correspond to a single, defined test code. Consequently, a fixed price cannot be assigned, as pricing varies based on specific test ordered. Due to this ambiguity, we respectfully request that these items be removed from the RFP.

VA Response: Vendors will not be required to price the above line items due to ambiguity and future tests must be purchased under the micro-purchase limit utilizing a government purchase card by the facilities. The schedule will be revised at time of award, leave pricing blank. Attachment 1 Eastern Region Line Items. For item number lines below, please confirm the price to be provided is for the total of 9 drug screen includes Amphetamines, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Marijuana, Cocaine, Methadone, Opiates, Oxycodone, and Phencyclidine and not per single individual drug screen.

Requirement: Offerors shall submit resumes for sufficient staff to function as an onsite processor for each of the medical center(s). Question: While the requirement indicates that a resume must be submitted for any onsite processor, these positions may be filled either by existing staff or by new hires who may not have a traditional resume. In either scenario, we can provide an attestation letter verifying the individual s qualifications and assignment. Will an attestation letter meet this requirement?
