BREAD FOR MARTINSBURG VAMC

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 36C24526Q0767 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Procedures and constitutes the only solicitation.

The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. This solicitation intends to award a contract through full and open competition. The NAICS North American Industrial Classification System Code 311812 with a size standard of 1000 Employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 5 Network Contracting Office, is seeking a source that can provide delivery of Bakery Products for the Martinsburg VA Medical Center - 510 Butler Ave, Martinsburg, WV 25405. See Attachment A.
