NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE (CNH SERVICES)

SPECIAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 05, Hershel Woody Williams VA Medical Center, 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington, WV 25704 is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Government s of its intent to award a sole source contract to Huntington Health & Rehabilitation Center.

The contract is expected to be awarded IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements per 41 USC §3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The contract will be for Huntington Health & Rehabilitation Center to provide Community Nursing Home services for the Hershel Woody Williams VAMC.
