(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number 36C24525Q0722 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Procedures and constitutes the only solicitation.

The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. (iii) The provisions and clauses in this document are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-04, April 1, 2024. (iv) This solicitation intends to award a contract through full and open competition.

The NAICS North American Industrial Classification System Code 311812 with a size standard of 1000 Employees. (v) See Attachment A Schedule for a list of line-item numbers, items, quantities and units of measure.
