Summary: The Huntington West Virginia Hospital is looking for a vendor to repair flange in the hiller plant, morgue and building 2. Description of Work: The contractor will provide the following services: Weld leaking flange joints Change out 2 ½ inch valves and weld new flanges in Install 6 inch slip flanges Vendor will provide services with 14 days of contract award NCO 5 is seeking responses from entities that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources, capabilities, and qualifications necessary to perform at the 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington WV, 25704 Medical Center to repair flanges in the chiller plant, morgue and building 2. Please respond to this RFI/Sources Sought 36C24525Q0181 with your:
1. Business name (including Unique Entity ID (SAM.gov), business type, socio-economic status (e.g., Veteran-Owned, Woman-Owned, Disadvantaged Small Business, 8(a), etc.), and person of contact (including telephone number & email address).
2. Capability statement and summary of previous experience providing these types of services for the Veterans Health Administration or other similar facilities & equipment.
3. GSA contract number to include NAICS (if applicable).
4. Brief Summary of capabilities that your company can/cannot provide. Responses must be submitted by 4:00 PM (ET) December 27,2025. Responses to the information requested above must be submitted via email to Crystal.Brown5@va.gov 5. Answer to questions below:
