Summary: The Huntington VA Medical Center has a new enterprise network in place that is referred to as the Water Monitoring and Guest Wi-Fi Network. This network is separate from the OIT based enterprise network and does not carry Patient Healthcare Information. The goal is to continue to build a platform that veterans, vendors, and internal departments can depend on for implementing innovative services. This network is expected to mature and require changes, which requires intimate knowledge of the network s original design and future goals. A background in how this network was designed with Wi-Fi and Industrial Control system elements is a must for efficiency and continuity.

Description of Work: The contractor will provide the following services that comprises the areas that the Guest Wi-Fi: -24x7x365 remote and help/phone desk support (NOC) -800 number for all service desk requests users and employees -Auto-generation of ticketing from email -Web Portal for all IT Service Management (ITSM) needs -Automated reporting and monthly reporting packages for the Service Desk -Proactive network monitoring -Quarterly meetings to discuss projected growth and other statistics -Patching/Security Updates for all servers and all network devices -Escalation of any issues requiring OEM/vendor involvement (i.e. RMAs, TAC cases, other) -Moves, Adds, Changes, Deletes of any users, firewall needs, policies, etc. This includes any needs for vendor accounts and access. -Security Penetration Testing -Meraki Firewall License Support via an Enterprise IT Service Management Suite (ITSM): -Monitoring & Remote Management -Inventory & Warranty Tracking -Alerting -Asset Management -Single Point of Contact Help/Service Desk for patients/guests/vendors -Escalation and facilitation of RMA/vendor required support tickets -Infrastructure Support -Client facing support portal -Patching -Reporting -Vendor relationship management for Cisco and other technology vendors Infrastructure Details:

Cisco: 2 Cisco 5520 Wireless Controllers in HA 2 Cisco Nexus 5K Core Switches 120 Cisco 3702i Wireless Access Points 11 Cisco 3850 Access/Distribution Switches 1 MX400 Cisco Meraki Firewall 1 Cisco Prime Infrastructure Server 1 Cisco MSE 3350 Server 1 Cisco UCS C220 Server (Vendor use) ** 1 Lenovo PC for Management ** - All servers are running Windows Server.

Interested & Capable Responses: NCO 5 is seeking responses from entities that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources, capabilities and qualifications necessary to perform at the VAMC located at 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington WV 25704. Please respond to this RFI/Sources Sought 36C24524Q0652 with your:

1. Business name (including Unique Entity ID (SAM.gov), business type, socio-economic status (e.g., Veteran-Owned, Woman-Owned, Disadvantaged Small Business, 8(a), etc.), and person of contact (including telephone number & email address).

2. Capability statement and summary of previous experience providing these types of services for the Veterans Health Administration or other similar facilities & equipment.

3. GSA contract number to include NAICS (if applicable).

4. Brief Summary of capabilities that your company can/cannot provide. Responses must be submitted by 4:00 PM (ET) July 10, 2024. Responses to the information requested above must be submitted via email to, Trever.Turcotte@va.gov and Bradley.davis3@va.gov .
