Transcription Service

Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this source sought notice (Only) pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 10, Market Research. This market research is to identify entities that could provide Transcription Services for the Special Medical Advisory Group (SMAG) annual meetings.

The purpose of the sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications relative to NAICS 561410. It will also be used to identify qualified and responsible small business vendors (e.g. Service Disabled/Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB/VOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), 8(a), small disadvantaged, women-owned small business). The anticpated Period of Performance of 9/1/2024 to 8/31/2025 with possible four one-year option periods.

Interested & Capable Respondents in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources, capabilities, and qualifications necessary to provide above training, please respond with your:
