NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Indirect Calorimetry Device Cosmed USA Inc Veterans Health Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this Notice of Intent to Sole Source in order to identify any potential sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide an OR Electrical Retrofit at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center (613), 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25405. The government is contemplating a Purchase Order Firm Fixed Price contract to satisfy this requirement and meet the needs of the Baltimore VA Medical Center (512).

A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
