The VA Maryland Health Care System intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with the Winvale Group LLC a small business located at 3951 Westerre Parkway, Suite 250 Richmond, VA 232333 for R&D Meltwater solution web and mobile based application.

Winvale Group LLC is the only company authorized to resell Meltwater s software solution to the Government on the GSA Schedule. The service will be performed at the Office of Research and Development, Communications, 31 Hopkins Plaza, Ste 102, Rm C100, Baltimore, MD 21202 The NAICS code for this procurement is 541990. The size standard is $15.5 million. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. It is not a solicitation or request; no solicitation package is available.
