Sources Sought Notice Sources Sought Notice Page 3 of 3 Sources Sought Notice *= Required Field Sources Sought Notice Page 1 of 3 Department of Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this source sought notice (Only) pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 10, Market Research. This market research is to identify entities that could provide institutional membership and a subscription to access current pathology and laboratory standards and guidelines.

The web-based subscription service is required to be available for individuals twenty-four hours daily.

The purpose of the sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications relative to NAICS 519290. It will also be used to identify qualified and responsible small business vendors (e.g. Service Disabled/Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB/VOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), 8(a), small disadvantaged, women-owned small business) having an interest in and posses the resources to provide focused leadership training to CSP new and experienced leaders, incorporating leadership principles, tools, and strategies.

The Veterans Health Administration s (VHA) Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Services Program Office is responsible for providing guidance, standards, and policy for the administration, accreditation, staffing, and functioning of clinical and anatomic pathology laboratories in Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) facilities or facilities managed by VA.

Interested & Capable Respondents in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources, capabilities and qualifications necessary to provide above training, please respond with your:

6. General estimated pricing of for your product/services. Pricing will be used for the purpose of market research only. Responses must be submitted by 1:00 PM (EDT) May 3, 2024. The results of this market research will assist in the development of (1) the requirement, and (2) the acquisition strategy (e.g., small business set-aside, full and open competition, etc.). Responses to this source sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
