This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 5 is seeking to procure Endoscopy System with video tower and supporting equipment for the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. The requirement will enable the Surgical Department to provide Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) services to patients.

The Government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the responsible vendor whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government under the procedures in FAR 13.106. Market research indicates that this acquisition will be competed under a brand name only Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334510 - Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing (SBA Size Standard: 1,250 employees). The Product Service Code for this action is 6525 - Imaging Equipment And Supplies: Medical, Dental, Veterinary.

To be eligible for award, an offeror shall be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov, be listed in the SBA certification database (Vetcert), be classified as a small business under the NAICS code 334510 in sam.gov, and be an authorized distributor of Karl Storz products. All interested and responsible parties may submit a quote following solicitation release.
