Notice of Intent to Sole Source

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.101 requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is prescribed by FAR 13.501(a). This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201.

The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the VA s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract on a noncompetitive bases to Green Street Ventures whose address is 1 Olympic PL, STE 1210, Towson, MD 21204. Background: The Baltimore VAMC parking is not sufficient for current patient and staff needs, authorized staff growth and optimal service delivery to Veterans and their families. The current location of the Metro West parking is conducive to providing quality Veteran Services.

To ensure continuity of services, the sole source follow-on contract is required to be awarded on or before April 1, 2024. NAICS Code: The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code will be 812930, the size standard will be $47,000,000.00 and the Product Service Code (PSC) will be X1LZ.

Period of Performance: 2 years. Please be advised the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency. Â Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis and must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of services provided. Â A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
