The estimated total is $164K. Unique characteristics that limit availability to only one source, with the reason no other supplies or services can be used: The equipment is current in operation on scope lease in the facility, removing the equipment would result in adverse patient events causing work stoppage for gi and pulmonary scope surgical procedures. Description of market research conducted was not conducted: Due to the emergency nature for potential veteran patient adverse medical events, market research was not conducted.
