This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for a design-build at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. The work is to provide a full set of construction documents for the Campus Wide Fire Alarm Replacement project, 595-26-201, that shall replace the existing EST-3 fire alarm and mass notification panels, at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. The offeror shall be prepared to conduct site investigations to verify existing conditions, all dimensions (existing and proposed) and constructability throughout the campus.
Offeror shall be prepared to make layout changes, calculations, and provide documentation to support their design to replace the fire alarm and mass notification panels per the specifications and drawings approved through the Design and Project Design Team (PDT) process.
