INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to award sole source a base plus four one-year options contract with The Wheelchair Man Company, Inc. for Preventative Maintenance and Repair of the Wheelchair equipment at the Wilmington VA Medical Center. This sole source determination is in accordance with RFO FAR 6.103-1 & FAR 12.102(a) Soliciting from a Single Source utilizing RFO FAR 12.201-1 simplified procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is:
