Cancellation Notice - RFQ 36C24426Q0675 - No Award

The Department of Veterans Affairs is hereby cancelling RFQ 36C24426Q0675, originally posted on SAM.gov, for which the response period has closed. During internal review, the Government identified that the solicitation contained an incorrect NAICS code, which constitutes a material error affecting competition.

In accordance with applicable acquisition regulations, including requirements to ensure fair opportunity and proper classification of procurements, the Government has determined that the RFQ must be cancelled. No award will be made under this solicitation. The requirement will be resolicited under the correct NAICS code. Vendors who submitted quotes to the cancelled RFQ will be welcome to participate in the new solicitation once posted. No action is required from vendors at this time.
