Notice of Intent to Sole Source: ROCHE Ventana Reagents

The Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 04 Office intends to negotiate a sole source in accordance with RFO 12.102(a) under the authority of RFO 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures, supplying Lebanon VA Medical Center s need for histology reagents for their ROCHE Ventana Benchmark Special Stains System as supplied by ROCHE Diagnostics Corp., located at 9115 HAGUE RD, INDIANAPOLIS, IN 46256 USA. The sole source justification for this action will be posted with the Notice of Award.

Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price open market order. The NAICS Code is 325413. This special notice serves as notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals and is not a solicitation or a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. The items required are as follows:
