INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to sole source with Howmedica Osteoniccs Corp. to procure a service contract for yearly preventative maintenance and repair for Stryker Mako Robotic-Arm Systems Storage Cabinets Series at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center.

The objective of this sole source award is for a Firm-fixed Price Contract, consisting of a base year plus four option years, with Howmedica Osteonics Corp., 2555 Davie Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33317, Unique Entity ID E5DLYCJBNYX7.
