The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, has a need for a computerized, non-invasive vascular diagnostic testing equipment. Available modalities include Doppler, pneumoplethysmography (PVR), photoplethysmograph (PPG). This equipment requirement is for the Pittsburgh VA Medical Center located in Pittsburgh, PA 15215. The information identified above is intended to be descriptive, not restrictive and to indicate the quality of the supplies/services that will be satisfactory.
