The Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 04 Office intends to negotiate a sole source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 for Philadelphia VAMC GE OEC C-Arm Toolkits to GE Healthcare OEC located at 384 Wright Brothers Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84116. The sole source justification for this action will be posted after award. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price Open Market purchase order.

This special notice serves as notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals and is not a solicitation or a request for offers.
