THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide barrier free exam chairs and upholstery. The brand name for reference is Midmark 626. This equipment requirement is for the Philadelphia VA Medical Center located in Philadelphia, PA 19104. The full solicitation will be posted to GSA eBuy at www.ebuy.gsa.gov on or about November 25, 2025. The full solicitation will be a Small Business set-aside.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing; the size standard is 800 employees. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on this site.
