The Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 04 Office intends to negotiate a sole source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 (Limiting Sources) for Lebanon VAMC Dental Hygienist Handpieces to Dentsply Sirona located at 13320-B Ballantyne Corporate Place, Charlotte, NC 28277. The sole source justification for this action is attached. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price Federal Supply Schedule order.

This special notice serves as notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals and is not a solicitation or a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
