This is not a request for offers, quotes, or proposals and in no way does this notice represent a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Any information provided in response to this notice is solely for market research purposes. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Contracting Office 4 (NCO4), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) in the hopes of attaining sufficient information for market research purposes.
NCO4 is seeking potential vendors from all categories: Large and Small Businesses, to include Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) contractor(s) for an all-inclusive Elevator maintenance and repair contract. The objective of this information is to provide market research for the availability of potential qualified vendors as well as feedback on industry standards.
In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S. Government to form a binding contract. Responses to this RFI are strictly voluntary and VA will not pay respondents for information provided in response to this RFI. Responses to this RFI will not be returned and respondents will not be notified of the result of the review. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MUST ALSO HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) DATABASE. TO REGISTER, PLEASE VISIT WWW.SAM.GOV. Responses to this notice shall include:
