NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office East (RPOE), Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO 4) intends to award a Single Source contract under the authority of VAAR 819.7008 with A-Bear Consult, LLC, located at 408 Richard St, Crowley, TX 76036, for a period of performance of one-year: 09/30/2024 09/29/2025.

The Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center (CMJCVAMC), 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia PA 19104, has an emergency requirement for Personnel Dosimetry Services. Vendor shall provide individual Optically Stimulated Luminescence (OSL) personnel dosimeters for all Occupationally Exposed Workers (OEW) at CMJCVAMC. See attachments.

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any responsible firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification and capability statements prior to the response due date and time. Vendors shall indicate if they are the direct supplier of the items.

Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements and must include relevant corporate experience along with the applicable contract number, total contract dollar amount, contract period of performance, details of the relevant services, and customer point of contact with corresponding telephone number and email address.
