INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to sole source with The Cabin Armory and Training Center, Inc. for use of the shooting range and classroom to ensure VA Police Officers have the required training to perform police duties for the VA Wilkes Barre Medical Center.

The objective of this sole source award is for a Firm-fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, consisting of a base year plus two option years, with The Cabin Armory and Training Center, Inc., 10 Pethick Drive, Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania 18702, Unique Entity ID ZVWMJHKNCT73.
