INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price, Base + 4 option periods contract for inspection and testing services of the Arjo patient ceiling lifts to Arjo, Inc, 2349 W West Lake Street, Suite 250, Addison, IL., 60101 for the VA Erie Healthcare System. This sole source determination is in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition, procedures and in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.
