EMS Tile Cleaning & Restoration - ERIE VA MEDICAL CENTER

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs, Erie VA Medical Center, hereby gives notice of the Government s intent to establish a firm-fixed-price purchase order with Permatect Facility Solutions, Inc., for EMS Tile Cleaning & Restoration services for already for the floors at the Erie VA Medical Center, 135 East 38th Street, Erie, PA 16504. This request will provide hard surface restoration, sanitization, and ongoing maintenance support to residential bathrooms, spas, and four public restrooms within our Erie VA Medical Center facility.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
