The following is a Sources Sought/Request for Information notice. This posted notice is not a Pre- Solicitation or Solicitation document. The United States Government is not currently soliciting bids, quotes, or proposals at this time; however, reserves the right to do so at a later date. The Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center, located at 1111 E End Blvd, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711, has a Brand Name requirement for 45 Midmark medical examination tables.

The following items are required: MIDMARK Model 626-005 with Upholstery Top - 35 (quantity) MIDMARK - Model number 626-006 with Upholstery Top - 8 MIDMARK - Model 244-001 with Upholstery Top - 1 MIDMARK - Model 630-010 with Upholstery Top - 1 MIDMARK Rails, Extra Set for Model 630-010 - 1 Standard Accessories for all tables 45 The following Services are required: Delivery, set-up, and installation of exam tables in each designated facility If your organization is interested in this future acquisition, please review, complete, and return the attached document to the contracting POC. This is not a Solicitation or Request for Quotes.
