The purpose of this Amendment is to answer questions 1 5: Q1. What is the past award contract number? A1.

BPA CALL Order: 36C24419A0009 Q2. Is there an incumbent in place? A2. The BPA is expired. Q3. Can you elaborate on the frequency and duration of the Harp Services, including the typical structure of a weekly visit and the number of sessions provided? A3. Per SOW Section B, Harp services shall be provided 52 times per year for a minimum of 60 minutes each visit. A typical weekly visit will consist of several short sessions in veterans rooms or in the general living area. Q4.

What are the key components of the VA Cyber Security Awareness and Rules of Behavior Training, and how frequently is it required to be completed? A4. These trainings are in place to help you be more aware of how to protect VA sensitive information and determine what course of action to take whenever privacy or security might be at risk. You must complete these trainings to use or gain access to VA information or information systems.

The training will review information such as protecting Sensitive Personal Information (SPI), Personally Identifiable information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI), and Regulatory or Program Specific Information. The training is required to be completed upon initiation of the contract and once annually. Q5. What is the timeframe for submitting the training certificates and documentation for each applicable employee, both initially and on an annual basis? A5.

Per SOW Section D, the contractor shall provide a copy of the trainings within 1 week of the initiation of the contract and annually thereafter, as required. Annual training is due 1 year from the initial date of completion. Failure to complete the mandatory annual training within the timeframe required, is grounds for suspension or termination of all physical or electronic access privileges and removal from work on the contract until the training is complete.
