Special Notice Special Notice Page 3 of 3 Special Notice *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 3 DESCRIPTION NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract award to Omnicell, Inc., 500 Cranberry Woods Dr., Cranberry Township, PA 16066 for the Preventative Maintenance Services for Omnicell Equipment located at Northport Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (79 Middleville RD Northport, NY 11768), New Jersey Department of Veterans Affairs Healthcare System East Orange VA Medical Center (385 Tremont Avenue East Orange, NJ 01708-1023) and Lyons VA Medical Center (151 Knollcroft Road Lyons, NJ 07939-5001) from 09/01/2026 to 08/31/2027.

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notification prior to the response due date and time.

Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by August 13, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (EST). Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to Kaitlyn.Cox1@va.gov.
