NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO2) intends to award a sole source open market purchase order to Boston Scientific Corporation, 300 Boston Scientific Way, Marlborough, MA 01752-1291 for IC AVVIGO + Essential Care & IC FFR Link Essential Care service agreement for one (1) Boston Scientific Ultrasound located in the Cardiac Cath Lab at the Buffalo VA Medical Center 3495 Bailey Avenue Buffalo NY 14227 from 3/01/2026 to 2/28/2027 to include four option years.

NAICS Code is 811210 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the Classification code is J065 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies with a Small Business Size Standard of $34 million. THIS IS NOT A NOTICE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes that it can meet the requirements above, mat give written notice prior to the listed response due date and time.

Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due on 12/28/2026 at 10:00am EST.
