Period of performance: Estimated to begin on 01/01/2026 to 12/31/2031 Basic description of the requirement: VISN 2 North Healthcare System requires a Medialab Laboratory Software Network System Subscription. MediaLab Solutions LLC document control service is vital in sustaining accreditation compliance and continuity of operations. A lapse in continual service will result in work stoppage and catastrophic delay in patient care.

However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by December 3, 2025 at 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent.
