FY26 SERVICES (BASE+4) Boston Scientific Service Contract - Base Year (VA-26-00009473)

The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW 13.106(b) to ensure the continued operational reliability of the facility's Greenlight XPS and Moses Pulse 120H medical lasers. Anticipated Period of performance: 11/01/2025 to 10/31/2026, with 4 subsequent 1-year Option Years through 09/30/2030.

Basic description of the requirement: The scope of services includes the LT Pulse 120 EssentialCare plan for the Greenlight XPS laser and the URO Greenlight XPS TotalCare plan for the Moses Pulse 120H laser. The contractor is required to furnish all parts and labor to accomplish the task of all the services outlined in the LT Pulse 120 EssentialCare service plan. The contractor is also required to furnish all parts and labor to accomplish the task of all the services outlined in the URO Greenlight XPS TotalCare service plan.

Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award.
