Emergency Call Box with Installation, Annual Cellular Service and Maintenance Plan - Base + 4 Option Years

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 effective June 11, 2025. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334220 - Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,250 Employees.

The FSC/PSC is 6350 Miscellaneous Alarm, Signal, and Security detection Systems. The Network Contracting Office 2 located at 20 Madison Avenue Ext., Albany, NY 12203 is seeking to purchase 11 Emergency Communication Cellular Call Box System with installation, cellular service, and maintenance plan.

(A) The intent of this Request for Quote is to enter into a one-year, Firm-Fixed-Price contract with optional years for cellular service, hardware maintenance and support, applicable software updates, and service calls for the Emergency Phone Call Box System. The period of performance shall be 12 months from the award date. (B) The vendor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, and software updates required to install and maintain the Emergency Call Box equipment.

This is a solicitation for Knightscope Blue Light Emergency Call Box System - Brand Name or Equal, and the salient characteristics are identified in the Combined Synopsis document. Please see attached document ( 36C24225Q0830 Combined Synopsis ) for further details.
