FY25 Service - Electrical Study (1X)

The purpose of this amendment is to answer vendor questions, extend the closing date for submission and include one-line diagram attachments for both sites pertaining to solicitation 36C24225Q0673_3.

Questions will no longer be accepted after 07/22/2025 at 12:00 PM EST. Interested contractors shall have the opportunity to visit the Bath and Canandaigua VA Medical Centers on Thursday, July 31st, 2025, at 9:00 AM EST. Contractors shall email the Contracting Officer (Taylor.Richter@va.gov) no later than Wednesday, July 30th, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST with their intention to attend, and specifics will be provided in return. No other site visits will be provided.

Quotes shall now be submitted on or before Thursday, August 7th, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST. Will there be a site visit, and/or any additional documentation or drawings posted to the Three Years Electrical Study for FL Bath and Canandaigua RFP? A single site visit for the prospective electrical contractors to conduct their pricing assessment. The pre-bid visit will be conducted at no cost to the Government.

The VA Engineering and VA Utility Shops will provide the one-line diagram, along with comprehensive list and location of all equipment involved in this testing service. When will the BOM and Single Line Drawings be added? The one-line diagram for both VA locations have been listed under attachments.
